OTR Drivers

Tired of working for a company that doesn’t appreciate your hard work, or listen to your concerns? We are looking for Company Drivers and Owner-Operators who have the drive to be successful.

We are currently licensed to operate in all 48 states as well as all of Canada (Even Alaska!!), so there is no limitation to areas you can run!! Our experienced 24/7/365 dispatch team will help keep you moving and provides a flexible dispatch that will work with you when you need to get home and is also there for you when you need assistance whether on a load or not. Requirements:

  • Class A CDL with at least 2 years of verifiable experience

  • Clean MVR & PSP Report

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Current CDL & Valid Medical Card

  • Able to pass a pre-employment/random DOT drug screening

What we offer:

  • Compensation: Up to 25% of Truck Revenue to Solo Company Drivers, up to 30% for both drivers to share of Truck Revenue to Team Company Drivers, and up to 88% of Truck Revenue to Owner-Operators, minus ALL expenses. (Call or email for more details!!)

  • Late-model equipment – Ability to choose your type of trailer/freight (Van, Flatbed, Step Deck, Conestoga, RGN, etc..)

  • Flexible dispatch – Our dispatch works for you, and is available when you need them.

  • Transparency – All rate confirmations are emailed directly to the driver and broker at the same time, so there are never any questions about rate discrepancies – you always know what the loads are paying!!

  • Communication – You are included in every detail of the load booking and planning process, including all communication with the customer. This ensures you are always kept in the loop along the way and know exactly what we know – no gimmicks here, we are a TEAM!!
